KEVIN MCCARTHY,
PRESIDENT
Kevin McCarthy has served ATRA since 1986. A recognized
expert in the public finance and taxation field, Kevin has extensive
experience representing taxpayers before policy makers at the state
and local level. He has been appointed to and served on numerous
legislative and executive committees. He currently serves on the
Property Tax Oversight Commission, Debt Oversight Commission, and
Joint Legislative Committee on Property Tax.

JENNIFER SCHULDT,
VICE PRESIDENT
Since joining the ATRA staff in 2000,
Jennifer has covered countless taxation and spending issues for ATRA,
specializing in county and municipal government finance. She
has over 12 years of experience in property taxation and
assessment as well as an academic background in
economics. |

JUSTIN OLSON,
RESEARCH ANALYST
Justin Olson joined the ATRA staff in January 2007 as a Research
Analyst. Justin is a graduate of Arizona State University with a
bachelor’s degree in biology. Prior to joining ATRA, Justin worked
as a congressional aide in the office of Congressman Trent Franks
where, among other things, he worked on issues affecting the real
estate industry.

MARIA
TRAVERS,
OFFICE MANAGER
Maria
joined the ATRA staff in January of 2008. Her primary duties
include financial operations of ATRA, membership recruitment and
retention, conference planning, website maintenance and a variety of
general office duties. Maria has extensive experience in all areas
of office management.
