ATRA's Tax Practitioner's Committee works closely with Arizona's cities and towns and the Arizona League of Cities and Towns, reviewing all proposed amendments to the Model City Tax Code (MCTC) prior to adoption by the Municipal Tax Code Commission (MTCC).
